Integrity Instruments warranties all products against defective workmanship and components for the life of the unit. In the event of failure Integrity Instruments agrees to repair or replace, at it’s sole discretion, a defective product if returned to Integrity Instruments with proof of purchase. Products that have been misused, improperly applied, modified, or subject to adverse operating conditions, accident or neglect are not covered by this warranty. Products purchased from Integrity Instruments but not manufactured by Integrity Instruments will retain the original manufactures warranty.

Customer agrees to prepay shipping charges for products sent to Integrity Instruments for warranty repair. If returned products are retested, and found to have no problem, or products which are retested and found to be damaged or misused are subject to repair and/or retest charges.

Limitations of liability:

Integrity Instruments shall not be liable for direct, incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind, including lost profit, lost data, or downtime cost arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use, or resulting from a defect in design or manufacture of its’ products.
